This will:
✓ Cancel ALL open Alpaca orders
✓ Close ALL Alpaca positions
✓ Wait 5 seconds and retry
✓ Verify positions and orders are zero
✓ Suspend Alpaca trading after successful flatten
This will NOT:
• Clear the logs database
• Delete the DCA watchlist
This action includes positions outside the DCA watchlist.

This includes DCA and non-DCA positions and orders.
After two flatten attempts, the dashboard will verify:
• Account positions = 0
• Open orders = 0
If zero is verified, Alpaca Trades Suspended will be turned ON.
